Also known as Cabbage Rose, May Rose, Provence Rose Provence Rose & Rose Maroc, this amazing flower hybrid is believed to have been grown by Dutch breeders dating back over 250 Years. 

This is a very high quality perfume, fresh, sweet, pleasant and well balanced. It truly captures the fragrance of the rose flower, with the distinct honey notes associated with Rose De Mai.  Tests on clothing have shown it to last 2+ days with a strong projection and an extra 4+ days with a subtle projection. It can be applied to the skin*, clothes or a few drops into a bath for hours of joy. This is an oil that you do not get immune to once applied. You continue to notice it all day.

Produced by a family in India who have been in the perfume industry for 5 generations. It takes aprox 2500 rose flowers to produce 1ml of perfume making it a very labour intensive process especially if steam distilled. Rose De Mai is solvent extracted which makes it more cost effective as well as the end result being closer to the true smell of the flower.
